''En Technon'' Art Workshop Preparation for Schools of Fine Arts

The program concerns anyone who is interested in preparing for the Entrance – exams in A.E.I., A.T.E.I., – in the schools of Architecture or in the Schools of Fine Arts of Higher Educational Institutions. Department of Visual and Applied Arts such as: the Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Western Macedonia (in Florina) or the University of Ioannina.

The Art Workshop “En Technon” is fully equipped with Compositions and a wide number of bust subjects, in order to simulate and properly prepare for the “Entering Exams” at the Schools of Fine Arts in Greece and abroad.

Analogue and perspective drawing with charcoal, ink and pencil are taught, as well as color techniques with acrylics, watercolors and inks.

At first the student will practice black and white drawings on various subjects. Compositions, Dead Nature, Landscapes and Portraits. Furthermore, the same topics are approached by the student but this time using colors. This will help him develop a technical ability in order to have a large painting subject. The preparation is based on the subjects of the “Entering – Exams” for admission to all the Schools of Fine Arts and they concern the following:

• Drawing (charcoal, pencil, ink)
• Color (acrylics, watercolors, pastels) with bust subjects
• Compositions
• Nude model
